    • The site is for posting bona fide job openings at accredited institutions of higher education and other legitimate employers. While every effort is made to ensure that both the employers and the listings are legitimate, the content of a job listing or any other employer-supplied information is the responsibility of the submitting party, not of Inside Higher Ed. Should You have reason to question the validity of information in a job listing or other employer-supplied information, please contact the publisher immediately at 1-202-659-9208 or publisher@insidehighered.com.
    • Only the posting of a listing (or other information submitted by an employer) constitutes our acceptance of the listing for publication. We offer no remedies for failure to post a job listing or other information submitted by an employer, except the option to post the listing.
    • All listings must be prepaid with a credit card at the time of posting except where a specific contract is in place. In the case where an employer has a contract with Inside Higher Ed, that contract supercedes this statement of terms and conditions. Inside Higher Ed's posting of a job listing does not imply a contract with an employer.
    • Inside Higher Ed reserves the right to edit, revise, or reject any listing, advertisement or other content for any reason.
    • On advertising where credit is allowed by Inside Higher Ed in its sole discretion, monthly accounts are due and payable, within 30 days from the statement date. If any credit card transaction is not approved for any reason, such account shall be deemed delinquent. When any part of an account for advertising becomes delinquent, then the entire amount owed shall become due and payable, and Inside Higher Ed may refuse to publish any advertising. In this event, the advertiser or advertising agency shall pay for advertising according to the rate earned at the time of the delinquency.
    • There will be a $35.00 charge for any check not honored by the bank. Returned checks must be replaced with certified/cashier/wire transfer funds within 48 hours of notification. Inside Higher Ed reserves the right to withhold further advertising pending receipt of replacement funds.
    • Inside Higher Ed shall not be liable to the advertiser for any technical malfunction, computer error or loss of data or other injury, damage or disruption to advertisements or websites or the service.
    • Inside Higher Ed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from the Inside Higher Ed website and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Inside Higher Ed website and/or any other service provided to you by Inside Higher Ed, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.

• This statement of terms and conditions covers all content, functionality and services offered by Inside Higher Ed and only content, services and functionality offered by Inside Higher Ed - holders of Interfolio portfolio accounts are subject to Interfolio's statement of terms of conditions.
• The contents of the Inside Higher Ed website, such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other website content, are protected under both United States and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All website content is the property of Inside Higher Ed or its content suppliers or clients.
