University of Suffolk Selects D2L Learning Management System

The University of Suffolk in England has selected the Brightspace platform from learning management system provider Desire2Learn as its new learning management system, replacing Blackboard.

The institution has used Blackboard since gaining university status in 2016. According to a press release, administrators decided to pursue a new platform "that made the learning experience more modern, engaging and accessible."

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
