New Programs: Homeland Security, Engineering, Law, Information Technology, Knowledge Integration
- Daniel Webster College, in New Hampshire, has announced a new bachelor’s degree in homeland security.
- Manhattan College, in conjunction with Con Edison, is creating master’s programs in electrical and mechanical engineering.
- The National University of Singapore and New York University are starting a joint program in which law undergraduates may earn law degrees from both institutions (including a J.D. from NYU) over the course of five years.
- South Texas College is starting a bachelor of applied technology in computer and information technologies. The degree will be the second four-year program at the college.
- The University of Waterloo, in Canada, has a new bachelor’s of knowledge integration.
