The spring semester has begun and we administrators are once again coming to terms with a sobering reality: They’re back.

They’re back and they’re everywhere; the buzz is palpable. Parking is nearly impossible, causing us to arrive at work ever earlier to compete for coveted spots. Long lines in the cafeteria have started to appear. The gym is that much more crowded. They’re even beginning to inhabit the library, but never in great numbers.
