New Programs: Publishing, Socially Responsible Business, Environmental Education, Public Policy, Evolution

Boston University is starting a certificate program in book and magazine publishing.

Goddard College, in Vermont, has started a master of arts program in responsible business and sustainable communities.

Goshen College, in Indiana, is starting a master's degree in environmental education. The program is Goshen's first master's offering.

Mills College, in California, is starting a new master's program in public policy, which will focus on training women for positions involving social change.

The State University of New York at Buffalo is creating a new graduate program in evolution, ecology and behavior. Master's and doctoral degrees will be offered.
