  • Edward R. D'Alessio, provost at Harcum College, in Pennsylvania, has been named acting president.
  • Ervin V. Griffin, president of West Virginia State Community and Technical College, has been selected as president of Halifax Community College, in North Carolina.
  • Larry C. Skogen, academic dean and deputy superintendent for academic affairs at New Mexico Military Institute, has been named president of Bismarck State College, in North Dakota.
