New Presidents or Provosts: Eastern Arizona College, Elgin Community College, New England College of Finance, University College Cork, U. of Texas at Austin

Jeanne Bryce, dean of instruction at Eastern Arizona College, has been promoted to provost at the institution.

Howard E. Horton, president of Bay State College, in Massachusetts, has been chosen as president of New England College of Finance.

Steven W. Leslie, dean of the pharmacy school at the University of Texas at Austin, has been promoted to provost there.

Michael B. Murphy, head of the College of Medicine and Health at University College Cork, in Ireland, has been promoted to president of the university.

David Sam, president of North Harris College, in Texas, has been named president of Elgin Community College, in Illinois.
