New Presidents or Provosts: Grand View College, National U. of Ireland-Galway, Spring Arbor U., Texas Southern U.

Jim Browne, registrar and deputy president at National University of Ireland-Galway, has been chosen as president there.

John M. Rudley, vice chancellor for administration and finance at the University of Houston System and vice president for administration and finance at the University of Houston, has been named president of Texas Southern University.

Mary Elizabeth Stivers, associate vice president for academic resources at California State University-San Marcos, has been appointed provost and vice president for academic affairs at Grand View College, in Iowa.

Charles H. Webb, vice president for development at Michigan State University, has been selected as president of Spring Arbor University, also in Michigan.
