I think the U of Iowa should be commended for taking the unique approach to a growing problem at colleges and universities in the US. I think that I shall institute a similar proposal at my university and then we’ll see if it has any effect. My guess is that the hard core party people will continue to visit the pubs and bars, but it may reach a few who want an alternative. Good luck I say and I would be curious to see the data results from the trial.
