New Presidents or Provosts: Delaware State U., Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Herkimer County CC, Midland College, SUNY-Oneonta, U. of Illinois-Chicago

Paula Allen-Meares, dean of social work at the University of Michigan, has been selected as chancellor of the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dennis P. Hollinger, president and professor of Christian ethics at Evangelical Theological Seminary, in Pennsylvania, has been appointed president and professor of Christian ethics at of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

Nancy Kleniewski, provost and vice president for academic affairs at Bridgewater State College, has been named president of the State University of New York College at Oneonta.

Ann Marie Murray, vice president for academic affairs at Broome Community College, part of the State University of New York, has been chosen as president of SUNY's Herkimer County Community College.

Stephen Thomas, president of Vernon College, in Texas, has been appointed president of Midland College, also in Texas.

Harry Lee Williams, interim associate vice president for academic affairs at the University of North Carolina system, has been named provost and vice president of academic affairs at Delaware State University.
