New Programs: Enterpreneurship, Arts, Respiratory Care

- Eight community colleges in Arkansas are starting associate degree and certificate programs in entrepreneurship. The colleges are: Arkansas State University at Beebe, East Arkansas Community College, North Arkansas College, NorthWest Arkansas Community College, Ouachita Technical College, South Arkansas Community College, Southern Arkansas University Tech, and the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville.
- Southern Utah University is starting two arts degree programs: a bachelor of fine arts in theater and a bachelor of music.
- Towson University and the Community College of Baltimore County are starting a dual degree program in respiratory care therapy in which students will earn both an associate and bachelor's degree.
