New Programs: Bioscience Technology, Sustainability, International Field Geosciences, Engineering

- Portland Community College, in Oregon, is starting a bioscience technology certificate program.
- Rochester Institute of Technology is starting a Ph.D. program in sustainability. The focus will be sustainable production.
- The University of Montana is starting new dual degree bachelor's programs in international field geosciences. Students will work collaboratively and study at Montana and either the University of Potsdam in Germany or University College Cork in Ireland and will receive degrees from both institutions.
- Western Illinois University is starting a bachelor of science in engineering degree program.
