New Presidents or Provosts: Del Mar College, Oklahoma Baptist U., Schiller International U., Texas State Technical College-Harlingen, U. of the Arts

Geoffrey Bannister, former president of CEA, a study abroad company in Arizona, has been appointed president of Schiller International University.

Mark Escamilla, provost and chief academic afficer at Tyler Junior College, in Texas, has been selected as president of Del Mar College, also in Texas.

Cesar Maldonado, vice president of system development at Maverick Engineering, in Texas, has been named president of Texas State Technical College at Harlingen.

Michael Nash, dean and chief academic officer of the Boston Conservatory, in Massachusetts, has been chosen as provost at the University of the Arts, in Pennsylvania.

David W. Whitlock, associate provost and dean of the college of business and computer science at Southwest Baptist University, in Missouri, has been selected as president of Oklahoma Baptist University.
