New Programs: Entrepreneurialism, Environmental Sustainability, ESL

- Lone Star College System has started a certificate program in entrepreneurialism, offered at several of the community colleges in the system.
- Rochester Institute of Technology is starting a bachelor of science degree program in environmental sustainability, health and safety.
- Valley City State University, in North Dakota, has added a new concentration -- focused on teaching English to those not proficient in English -- to its online master of education program.
