Jeffery S. Allbritten, president of the Collier County Campus of Edison State College, in Florida, has been chosen as president of Macon State College, in Georgia.

Rev. Philip L. Boroughs, S.J., vice president for mission and ministry at Georgetown University, in Washington, D.C., has been named president of College of the Holy Cross, in Massachusetts.

Donald (Glen) Cannon, vice president of Administrative Services at DeKalb Technical College, in Georgia, has been selected as president of Chattahoochee Valley Community College, in Alabama.

Eli Capilouto, provost of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, has been named president of the University of Kentucky.

David M. Carlisle, director of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, in California, has been appointed president of Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, also in California.

Jacque Carter, provost and vice president of academic affairs at the University of New England, in Maine, has been selected as president of Doane College, in Nebraska.

Martin Moskovits, professor of physical chemistry at University of California at Santa Barbara, has been chosen as provost and chief academic officer of the City College of New York.

Raymond Staats, vice president for Instruction at John Wood Community College, in Illinois, has been appointed as president of Gadsden State Community College, in Alabama.
