Rick Plotkin Joins Inside Higher Ed as Senior Account Manager

Washington, D.C., June 1, 2006 – Rick Plotkin, formerly Account Manager for The Chronicle of Higher Education, has joined Inside Higher Ed, a leading online news and recruitment service in the higher education field. Mr. Plotkin will provide marketing and sales expertise to recruiters at colleges and universities, as well as their ad agencies.

Over the past six years, Mr. Plotkin has worked with hundreds of schools to conceptualize, create and implement online advertising strategies to recruit the best quality faculty and administrators. Rick has been a frequent speaker at CUPA-HR conferences across the U.S. Previously; he spent eight years in the admissions department at George Washington University, as well as four years at Vanderbilt University.
