Bonne August, acting provost and vice president for academic affairs at City University of New York's New York City College of Technology, has been named to the job on a permanent basis.
Robert J. Gaffney, a lawyer and former executive of Suffolk County (N.Y.), has been selected as president of Dowling College.
Paula Harbecke, interim vice president at Regis College, in Weston, Mass., has been promoted to vice president for academic affairs.
Neal King, interim president of the graduate school and dean of faculty and academic affairs at the Antioch New England Graduate School, has been selected as provost and vice president for academic affairs of Antioch University Los Angeles.
Michael Mulnix, dean of the School of Graduate Studies and Research at University of the Incarnate Word, in San Antonio, has been named university provost and vice president for academic affairs at Antioch University Southern California at Santa Barbara.
