Aprille, provost and vice president for academic affairs at the University of Richmond, in Virginia, has been named provost at Washington and Lee University, also in Virginia.David Heath, vice president and dean of academic affairs at New England College of Optometry, has been selected as president of the State University of New York College of Optometry.Judy C. Miner, vice president of instruction at De Anza College, in California, has been named president of Foothill College, also in California.David B. Prior, executive vice president and provost at Texas A&M University, has been chosen as executive vice chancellor for academic affairs at the University of Texas System.Michael S. Roth, president of California College of the Arts, has been named president of Wesleyan University, in Connecticut.
