Westminster College, in Missouri, announced plans Monday to open a campus in the fall of 2013 in Mesa, Arizona. [1] The college plans to offer majors in international business, environmental studies and transnational studies. Mesa has been encouraging colleges from elsewhere to set up programs in the area.
