Keene State, a member of the University System of New Hampshire, serves the region as New Hampshire’s public residential liberal arts college. The College is moving rapidly into an exciting era marked by modern, well-planned and award-winning facilities, a new four-credit course curriculum, an innovatively designed Integrative Studies general education program, and a new College-wide Honors Program with a residential component. Keene has been recognized nationally by the Carnegie Foundation for its leadership in service and was recently named to the President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll. The College is accredited by NEASC and its education programs are NCATE-accredited with conditions.
