Located in the far western suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Waubonsee Community College is a two-year institution of higher learning, which has provided educational programs and services to more than 250,000 students since its founding in 1966. At Waubonsee, we are dedicated to helping students succeed beyond their expectations.
The college serves an average of more than 10,000 students each semester at its three campuses — a 243-acre main campus in Sugar Grove, IL, and two campuses in Aurora, IL. A fourth campus will soon be built in Plano, IL, as part of the 2020 College Master Plan, which is the college’s blueprint for the future.
In addition to finding state-of-the-art facilities on our campuses, you’ll also find a dedicated and talented team of professionals that includes more than 100 full-time faculty members, 500 adjunct faculty members and nearly 200 support staff.
