Professor Suspended Over Alleged Drinking in His Class

The University of Alabama has suspended a marketing instructor in whose class a young man appeared to have shotgunned a beer while students cheered, the Associated Press reported. A university spokesman told the wire service that Joel Strayer had been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation into "several concerns."
