  • Burlington County College, in New Jersey, is starting an associate degree in photography in the fall. The program will be the college's first associate of fine arts degree.
  • The Juilliard School will begin a bachelor of music in guitar in fall 2007.
  • Marquette University is starting a master's degree in dispute resolution in the fall. The program will focus on mediation, arbitration, and the public policy of building consensus.
  • Seattle University is creating a new master's degree in criminal justice. Faculty members will include Seattle professors and local law enforcement officials.
  • The State University of New York at Albany is starting a journalism major in the fall. The program will be housed in the English department.
  • The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is starting a major in marketing in the fall.
