  • David Eastwood, chief executive of the Higher Education Funding Council for England, has been appointed as vice chancellor of the University of Birmingham, in Britain.
  • William Findt, executive vice president for development and community relations at Mitchell Community College, in North Carolina, has been selected as president of Bladen Community College, also in North Carolina.
  • David G. Horner, senior managing director of EFL Associates and former president of North Park University, in Illinois, has been named president of American College of Greece.
  • Roderick Nairn, vice chancellor for university initiatives at the University of Colorado at Denver, has been promoted to provost there.
