Cecilia Y.M. Cervantes, president of the College of Alameda, in California, has been chosen as president of Hennepin Technical College, in Minnesota.

Kandi Deitemeyer, provost of Gateway Community and Technical College, in Kentucky, has been appointed as vice president of academic program and services at Davidson County Community College, in North Carolina.

Allan Hoffman, vice president for instruction at Hartnell College, in California, has been selected as campus executive officer of Ottawa University's Arizona campuses.

Thomas C. Leitzel, vice president for the Charlotte campus and graduate enrollment at Pfeiffer University, in North Carolina, has been named president of Technical College of the Lowcountry, in South Carolina.

Roosevelt Newson, vice president for academic affairs and provost as well as vice president for university programs at the University of North Alabama, has been appointed provost and vice president for academic affairs at Bowie State University, in Maryland.

David Ross, vice president for administration and student services at Kwantlen Polytechnic
