  • Montclair State University, in New Jersey, is starting a Ph.D. program in environmental management.
  • Saint Peter's College and Seton Hall University, both in New Jersey, have announced a joint program in which over six years students could earn a bachelor's degree in either sociology or psychology from Saint Peter's and a master's degree in occupational therapy from Seton Hall.
  • Seminole Community College, in Florida, is starting a bachelor's degree program in interior design -- the first four-year degree to be offered by the college.
