  • Anthony A. Frank, interim president of Colorado State University's main campus, has been appointed to the job on a permanent basis.
  • Berton L. Glandon, president of Arapahoe Community College, in Colorado, has been chosen as president of the College of Western Idaho.
  • Karen L. Gould, provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at California State University at Long Beach, has been named president of Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.
  • William L. Pollard, former president of the University of the District of Columbia, has been chosen as president of Medgar Evers College of the City University of New York.
  • Stephen J. Tober, interim chief executive officer of American InterContinental University and president of AIU Online, has been appointed to both positions on a permanent basis.
  • Deborah Travis, vice president of instruction at Sacramento City College, in California, has been selected as president of Cosumnes River College, also in California.
  • Frank Trocki, vice president of business development for Lincoln Educational Services/Lincoln College of Technology, in New Jersey, has been named chancellor of Montana State University-Northern.
