  • Kevin S. Boys, superintendent of the Loveland (Oh.) City School District, has been appointed president of Southern State Community College, also in Ohio.
  • Matt Branam, interim president of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and former chief operating officer at the American Red Cross, has been named to the Rose-Hulman presidency on a permanent basis.
  • Beverly Kopper, associate provost for academic affairs at the University of Northern Iowa, has been chosen as provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs at the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater.
  • Keith T. Miller, president of Lock Haven University, in Pennsylvania, has been selected as president of Virginia State University.
  • Ronald S. Rochon, dean of the School of Education and associate vice president for teacher education at the State University of New York College at Buffalo, has been appointed provost and vice president for academic affairs at the University of Southern Indiana.
  • George E. Ross, president of Alcorn State University, in Mississippi, has been named president of Central Michigan University.
