  • William T. (Tom) Bogart, dean of academic affairs and professor of economics at York College of Pennsylvania, has been selected as president of Maryville College, in Tennessee.
  • Cindy Carter, acting president and vice president of academic affairs at Pacific Oaks College, in California, has been promoted to president on a permanent basis.
  • Chong Tow Chong, professor of electrical and computer engineering at the National University of Singapore and executive director of Singapore's Science and Engineering Research Council, has been appointed as founding provost of the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
  • Kevin Drumm, president of the Northern Wyoming Community College District, has been named president of the State University of New York's Broome Community College.
  • Mark Drummond, former chancellor of the Los Angeles Community College District, has been chosen as provost at Higher Colleges of Technology, in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Hank Dunn, chancellor of Ivy Tech Community College’s Central Indiana Region, in Indiana, has been selected as president of Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, in North Carolina.
  • Larry Minks, interim president of Southeastern Oklahoma State University, has been promoted to the job on a permanent basis.
