The following colleges and universities have announced their commencement speakers:

  • Babson College: William E. Strickland, Jr., president and CEO of Manchester Bidwell Corporation.
  • Harford Community College: Angela M. Eaves, a Maryland judge.
  • Mount St. Mary’s University, in Maryland: Ken Hackett, president of Catholic Relief Services.
  • Saint Mary's College of California: Maria Elena Durazo, executive secretary-treasurer of the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor.
  • Saint Peter’s College: Alfa Demmellash, CEO and co-founder of Riding Tide Capital, Inc.
  • Saint Xavier University: Rev. Michael M. Boland, administrator, president and CEO of the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago (undergraduate ceremony) and Jeanette Rodriguez, chair of theology and religious studies at Seattle University (graduate ceremony).
  • Skidmore College: Winston Grady-Willis, director for intercultural studies and associate professor of American studies at the college.
  • St. Joseph’s College, in New York: Peter Barnett, a professor at the college (Long Island campus) and John Sexton, president of New York University (Brooklyn campus).
  • Trinity Washington University: Argelia Rodriguez, president and CEO of the District of Columbia College Access Program.
