The University of Colorado is revising its relationship with its fund raising foundation so that the same spending rules that apply to the university will apply to the foundation, the Associated Press reported.
The union trying to organize Yale University graduate students, joined by a group of Chinese students, charged Thursday that the university discriminates against Chinese graduate students in their grades, the AP reported. University officials strongly denied the allegations.
