Sharon K. Hahs, provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs and director of special projects at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, has been named president of Northeastern Illinois University.
Patrick Harker, dean of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, has been selected as president of the University of Delaware.
David Harpool, provost at Kaplan University, in Chicago, has been appointed provost and chief administrative officer at Ellis College of New York Institute of Technology.
