New Programs: Nursing, Electronic Arts, Executive MBA, Disaster Management, Agriculture
Arcadia University, in Pennsylvania, is opening a campus in Delaware to offer a master of medical sciences degree to train physician assistants. The program is the first of its kind in Delaware. Chatham College and Robert Morris University, both in Pennsylvania, have each announced new doctor of nursing practice degree programs. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is starting a Ph.D. program in electronic arts. The program will build on existing offerings in computer music, video, sound arts, performance, and Web-based and installation-based art. The University of Idaho is starting an executive MBA program. The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is starting a master's program in disaster management. Virginia Tech is starting an online master's program in agriculture and life sciences.
