Bruce A. Barker, vice president of operations at Chippewa Valley Technical College, in Wisconsin, has been promoted to president there.
George R. Blumenthal, professor of astronomy and astrophysics at the University of California at Santa Cruz, has been named the university's chancellor.
Annette Digby, dean of the education division at City University of New York's Lehman College, has been appointed vice president of academic affairs and provost at Lincoln University, in Missouri.
A. Gabriel Esteban, provost and dean of faculty at U. of Central Arkansas, has been named provost at Seton Hall University, in New Jersey.
Jonathan Kaplan, chief operating officer for North and South America for Laureate Online Education, has been given the additional duties of president of Walden University.
