Sue Collins, vice president of the Northeast Higher Education District of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system, has been chosen as president of the district.
Peter F. Dorman, professor of Egyptology at the Oriental Institute and the University of Chicago, has been named president of American University of Beirut.
Michael Harter, CEO and vice president for administration at Touro University Nevada, has been promoted to senior provost and chief executive officer for the Touro University System's Western Division.
Judy G. Hample, chancellor of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, has been named president of the University of Mary Washington, in Virginia.
Kevin E. Mackin, former president of Siena College, in New York, has been selected as president of Mount Saint Mary College, also in New York.
Judith A. Muyskens, vice president for academic programs at the Appalachian College Association, has been appointed provost at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Richard G. Shrubb, vice president of academic and student affairs at Terra State Community College, in Ohio, has been selected as president of Minnesota West Community and Technical College.
Barbara Viniar, executive director of the Institute for Community College Development at Cornell U., has been chosen as president of Chesapeake College, in Maryland.
