Graeme Baxter, former president of Mount Vernon College and executive dean of George Washington University at Mount Vernon College, has been selected as provost at the University of the District of Columbia.
William L. Fox, president of Culver-Stockton College, in Missouri, has been named president of St. Lawrence University, in New York.
Kathy Love, president of Flint River Technical College, in Georgia, has been appointed president of Savannah Technical College, also in Georgia.
Paul J. Maurer, senior vice president of institutional advancement at Trinity International University and president of Trinity International Foundation, in Illinois, has been selected as president of Sterling College, in Kansas.
Joe Pickens, a former Florida legislator and former special counsel to the president of St. Johns River Community College, in Florida, has been chosen as the college's new president.
Devin Stephenson, vice president of external affairs at Bevill State Community College, in Alabama, has been named president of Three Rivers Community College, in Missouri.
