Richard M. Ashbrook, professor of psychology and former dean of the college at Capital University, in Ohio, has been promoted to provost and vice president for academic affairs there.
Brad Bartel, president at Fort Lewis College, in Colorado, has been named provost at Middle Tennessee State University.
V. Scott Koerwer, deputy dean and clinical professor of management at the University of South Carolina's Moore School of Business, has been chosen as president at Newberry College, also in South Carolina.
Larry G. McDougle, interim president at Owens Community College, in Ohio, has been appointed to the position on a permanent basis.
Ronald D. Natale II, former president of Central Georgia Technical College, has been selected as vice president of academic affairs at Glendale Community College, in Arizona.
Jeffrey D. Nesin, president emeritus of the Memphis College of Art, in Tennessee, has been named provost of the School of Visual Arts, in New York.
Julian Z. Schuster, founding dean of the Hamline School of Business at Hamline University, in Minnesota, has been appointed as provost and senior vice president at Webster University, in Missouri.
Janet Watson Sheeran, provost and vice president for academic affairs at St. Michael’s College, in Vermont, has been chosen as provost at St. Gregory’s University, in Oklahoma.
Sharon L. Vasquez, dean of the College of Fine, Performing and Communication Arts at Wayne State University, in Michigan, has been appointed provost at the University of Hartford.
