Lesley Ann Di Mare, executive vice president and provost at Nevada State College, has been promoted to president there.
Irma McClaurin, associate vice president for system academic administration and founding Director of the Urban Research and Outreach/Engagement Center at the University of Minnesota, has been selected as president of Shaw University, in North Carolina.
Gilbert L. Rochon, senior research scientist at the Rosen Center for Advanced Computing, director of the Purdue Terrestrial Observatory, and associate vice president for collaborative research and engagement at Purdue University, in Indiana, has been named president of Tuskegee University, in Alabama.
Gerry Snyder, former chair of the art department at Santa Fe University of Art and Design, in New Mexico, has been appointed as vice president for academic affairs there.
Ashish Vaidya, dean of the faculty at California State University's Channel Islands campus, has been chosen as provost and vice president for academic affairs at California State University at Los Angeles.
