Sue Budjac, vice president of academic affairs at Mid-State Technical College, in Wisconsin, has been promoted to president there.
John S. Capps, vice president of academic and student affairs at Virginia Western Community College, has been named president of Central Virginia Community College
Michael E. Diffily, vice president for academic and student affairs at Lincoln College of New England, in Connecticut, has been appointed president of Daniel Webster College, in New Hampshire.
Conrado (Bobby) Gempesaw, dean of the Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware, has been selected as provost and executive vice president for academic affairs at Miami University, in Ohio.
Phil Gunter, interim provost at Valdosta State University, in Georgia, has been named to the position on a permanent basis.
Julius Weinberg, deputy vice chancellor at City University London, in Britain, has been appointed vice chancellor at Kingston University, also in Britain.
