Jeffrey D. Armstrong, dean of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources and professor of animal science at Michigan State University, has been selected as president of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
Mary S. Graham, vice president of the Perkinston campus of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, has been named president of the entire two-year institution.
Susan Herbst, executive vice chancellor and chief academic officer at the University System of Georgia, has been chosen as president of the University of Connecticut.
Kent Ingle, dean of the College of Ministry at Northwest University, in Washington State, has been appointed president of Southeastern University, in Florida.
Jane E. Knodell, interim provost and senior vice president at the University of Vermont, has been promoted to the job on a permanent basis.
The Rev. Kevin P. Quinn, S.J., executive director of the Ignatian Center for Jesuit Education and professor of law at Santa Clara University, in California, has been chosen as president of the University of Scranton, in Pennsylvania.
