Rev. Philip L. Boroughs, S.J., vice president for mission and ministry at Georgetown University, in Washington, D.C., has been named president of College of the Holy Cross, in Massachusetts.
Donald (Glen) Cannon, vice president of Administrative Services at DeKalb Technical College, in Georgia, has been selected as president of Chattahoochee Valley Community College, in Alabama.
Eli Capilouto, provost of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, has been named president of the University of Kentucky.
David M. Carlisle, director of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, in California, has been appointed president of Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, also in California.
Jacque Carter, provost and vice president of academic affairs at the University of New England, in Maine, has been selected as president of Doane College, in Nebraska.
