New Presidents or Provosts: Butte College, Columbus College of Art

Kevin J. Conlon, associate vice president for academic affairs atRingling College of Art and Design, in Florida, has been selected as vice president of academic affairs at Columbus College of Art & Design, in Ohio.
Heather Hardy, dean of the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Nevada at Reno, has been promoted to provost there.
Jaimie L. Hebert, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Sam Houston State University, in Texas, has been promoted to provost and vice president for academic affairs there.
Thomas F. Moore, vice president for academic affairs and dean of the faculty at Winthrop University, in South Carolina, has been chosen as chancellor of the University of South Carolina Upstate.
George R. (Randy) Parker, president of Vance Granville Community College, in North Carolina, has been appointed as president of Guilford Technical Community College, also in North Carolina.
Kimberly Perry, vice president of academic affairs at Los Angeles City College, has been named superintendent/president at Butte College, also in California.
Garnett S. Stokes, dean of the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Georgia, has been named provost and executive vice president for academic affairs at Florida State University.
