Carey Adams, dean of the College of Arts and Letters at Missouri State University, has been chosen as provost and vice president for academic affairs at Armstrong Atlantic State University, in Georgia.
Jeffery Allbritten, president of Macon State College, in Georgia, has been appointed president of Edison State College, in Florida.
Vicky L. Carwein, chancellor at Washington State University Tri-Cities, has been selected as chancellor of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.
Melanie Corn, associate provost at California College of the Arts, has been promoted to provost there.
Aimée Dorr, dean of the Graduate School of Education and Information Studies at the University of California at Los Angeles, has been named provost and executive vice president for academic affairs at the University of California system.
Joseph H. Silver Sr., provost and vice president for academic affairs at Clark Atlanta University, in Georgia, has been appointed as president of Alabama State University.
Lewis Evitts Thayne, vice president of advancement at Franklin & Marshall College, in Pennsylvania, has been chosen as president of Lebanon Valley College, also in Pennsylvania.
