Living and working on four continents (North and South America, Asia [Middle East], and Africa) has been a rich, cross-cultural experience that has enabled me to acquire a unique blend of professional expertise working with diverse populations with specialized needs,

►Higher Education: Academic Advising, TRIO, Financial Aid, Student Affairs. At Oregon State University, I advocated for first-generation, low-income, students of color and non-traditional students, taught courses on Women Studies and American culture, and worked as a Peer Mentor Coordinator and Financial Aid Ambassador.

►International Education: International Students and Sponsored Programs, Education Abroad, International Liaison. At the Ministry of Presidential Affairs, I facilitated the graduation of UAE students from American universities and improved graduation rates.

►Business Administration: Human Resources, International Relations and Business Protocol, Intercultural Communication, Banking, and Office Management. I have broad business and international business experience, and a "flair" for human resources.

My international experience working with the Ministry of Presidential Affairs has afforded me an expertise in the business protocols of the Middle East. I am confident working with C-level executives, embassy personnel, royal families, and foreign dignitaries at all organizational levels.

My unique blend of strong cross-cultural savvy and international experience has equipped me to direct or support programs in international education, higher education, international business, human resources and related programs. Additionally, I continue to serve as an advocate for people of color, immigrants and refugees, LGBTQ, differently-abled, veterans, and senior citizens.

The unifying career thread is my history of exceeding expectations and meeting challenges while cultivating a positive environment of diversity and inclusion and fostering a cross-culturally proficient community.
