Data scientist, marketing technologists, and researcher with over 20 years of industry experience in the intersect of information systems management and marketing with an emphasis on data warehousing, database marketing, predictive modeling, customer segmentation and segmentation analysis, statistical modeling, research, marketing automation, customer lifetime value, and other strategic information systems related areas.

In addition to industry experience, holds graduate degrees in Management (MBA), Management Information Systems (MS), and Computer Information Systems (PhD) with 13 years of adjunct teaching in these field in multiple modalities at the undergraduate and graduate level.

Research interests include machine learning, especially supervised learning methods, predictive modeling, decision support systems, executive support systems, and business intelligence.
