The Affordable Care Act extends health care benefits to people who are currently incarcerated. In today's Academic Minute, George Washington University's Marsha Regenstein explains how the law will benefit inmates in the short and long term. Regenstein is a professor in the department of health policy at GWU's Milken Institute School of Public Health.
