For two decades Qatar has been developing its Education City, which now includes six U.S. university partners. Last week Omran Hamad Al Kuwari, an executive director at the Qatar Foundation, met with editors and reporters at Inside Higher Ed to discuss how Education City is coping with a blockade of Qatar by five Arab nations.
