  • Houston Baptist University is starting a master of arts in philosophy.
  • Manhattan College is adding to graduate counseling certifications: an advanced certificate in mental health counseling and a certificate for a credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor.
  • Misericordia University is starting a certificate program in picture archiving and communication systems administration.
  • Northeast Ohio Medical University is starting a master of science in health-system pharmacy administration.
  • Regent University is starting a master of public administration program.
  • Stevens Institute of Technology is starting a master of science program in enterprise project management.
  • University of Tennessee at Knoxville is starting certificate programs and degree concentrations in high-performance buildings and in conservation and stewardship.
