  • Timothy Boosinger, interim provost at Auburn University, in Alabama, has been appointed  as provost and vice president for academic affairs there.
  • Janel Curry, professor of geography and environmental studies and the dean of research and scholarship at Calvin College, in Michigan, has been selected as provost at Gordon College, in Massachusetts.
  • Steve Michael Dorman, dean and professor in the College of Health and Human Performance at the University of Florida, has been named president of Georgia College & State University.
  • Ralph W. Kuncl, provost and executive vice president and professor of brain and cognitive sciences and neurology at the University of Rochester, in New York, has been chosen as president of University of Redlands, in California.
  • Lauren Robel, interim provost and former dean of the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University at Bloomington, has been selected as executive vice president and provost there.
  • Ron Taylor, superintendent/president of Feather River College, in California, has been appointed as president of Merced College, also in California.
