- Thomas J. Botzman, vice president for business and finance at St. Mary’s College of Maryland, has been appointed as president of Misericordia University, in Pennsylvania.
- Glenda Baskin Glover, dean of the College of Business at Jackson State University, in Mississippi, has been chosen as president of Tennessee State University.
- Evelyn Jorgenson, president of Moberly Area Community College, in Missouri, has been named president of Northwest Arkansas Community College.
- Beth Lewis, vice president of academic affairs at Northeast Lakeview College, in Texas, has been selected as president of College of the Mainland, also in Texas.
- John P. Marsden, provost and vice president of academic affairs at Barton College, in North Carolina, has been named president of Midway College, in Kentucky.
- Robbyn Wacker. acting provost and senior vice president at the University of Northern Colorado, has been named to the job on a permanent basis.
- John Silvanus Wilson Jr., executive director of the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities, has been appointed as president of Morehouse College.
